Good Stores > Wigs

I've noticed, especially in the fashion of Lolita, its hard to find good stores that sell Lolita, Loliable, or just quality wigs and hair pieces for a good price...
Many places that do can be fairly expensive or can be hard to get due to being in another country.. (then you have to go through all this work -- more money -- just to recieve it!) 

So, here is a list of places I have found after countless hours of searching!  Many of these places I have found through great reviews from fellow Lolitas~!

I will also be listing any places that may be full of scams or overpriced with less than satisfactory quality, etc..
