On July 4th, my mother and I took advantage of the sales
for Independence Day and went off to the mall for shopping!
I'm in desperate need of new clothes since I have been losing weight and most of my clothes have gotten way too big, so they had to be thrown out/donated.
What better way to rebuild my wardrobe than with some good bargains?~
I forgot to bring my camera with me, and I really regret it because the store was so cute!
I definitely will next time! For now, I'll just get on to the clothes ^^
Because it was Independence Day,
the mall was closing early and I only got to visit one store:
It is a "tween" sort of store, and when I first walked in I thought it was another "Justice",
but I did find some clothes that actually fit me
and that go well with my "Otome" style~
First off, I found this cute, loose, chiffon like shirt
called Crochet Circle Top in pink.
It's slightly sheer, and has a cute lace detail in the back~
Second, I found this top called
Floral Lace Pullover in Ivory
It's slightly see through with a lace flower pattern repeated all over.
I even took a close up at the lace detailing~
It's called white, yet has cute floral detailing~
Next, we have the skirts!
I purchased the Mixed Media Skirt in Ivory.
I loved the elastic shirring in the back along with the floral lace detailing
Second, the High-Low Embroidered Skirt in Blue
is my favorite skirt.
I loved the details at the hem as well as the slight asymmetrical shape~
Last, but not least,
this beige sweater... I couldn't find it on the website. ^^;
I really do like this because of the way it's made. Since I really don't like showing much skin,
this allows me to cover my back and shoulders without becoming too hot in the summer
like I would with any other sweater~
I realized how versatile these pieces are,
so I arranged them into outfits consisting of at least two of the new items
and maybe one item that I have already.
Surprisingly, I came up with nine outfits!
One last thing!
They have this special card called "Rising Star"
Basically, they punch a hole for every $20 spent in the store.
One you reach $100 spent, they give you $20 off your next purchase!
I think that's pretty sweet~
(and now you can tell how much I've spent there ohoho)
Would I go again?
Yes, definitely.
Though the whole store may not suit my tastes, there we're some finds that were great for me.
Especially with their sale section!
If you bought one item from clearance, you got the second item free!
Such a steal! Everyone go check them out!
